New Release Fair Outfits

Today is the opening of the New Releases Fair at the Summerlands Market, and as a merchant, I got to participate in my own event! I made two outfits that are debuting at the Fair, then won't be available again until the rebuild of my store is done. So, sneak peak at new clothing and the new branding images!

Dauphine-Inspired by the dress on the cover of "Kushiel's Justice" this dress has a brocade and satin front-laced corset with satin off the shoulder sleeves and a satin dress. Its a fairly slim skirt, flaring low on the hips.

Court Gown-This is a fairly traditionally inspired Elizabethian court gown. The brocade corset is laced up the back, with long sleeves in a contrasting fabric which is repeated in the skirt. The satin underbodice has a high lace collar, traditional for the style. The dress is a wide, sweeping skirt, split in the front to expose the underskirt, with a jewelled girtle at the hips.

Re-Branding

So, I've decided to re-brand and re-build my business. What does that mean for you guys now? Well, starting next week, most everything in the Fantasia:Fantasy Clothier line will be going on sale! The only outfits that will remain full price are the few select items I plan to bring along to the new format. This is literally a total of about 5 different outfits.

With the advent of the new search, I'll be formatting my new main store after most apparel stores in SL. No more laggy vendors and endless clicking. I'll have a store, with my items displayed on the walls. This will force me to have fewer actual items for sale, but it will mean I won't be hanging on to items that never sell. You'll be able to walk in, see all the items displayed easily, and make your selections without worrying about the vendor not delivering or freezing up. Yay!!

For you online and market shoppers, I will be moving over to the OnRez system. The vendor system is easy like the Hippo system I've been using, but a (major!) plus side is that anything I load into a vendor also gets loaded onto their lovely shopping website. Trust me guys, if you haven't visited the OnRez website yet, do! The items seem to be of much higher quality then that which is listed on SLExchange.com, and there are very few "business in a box" scams (read:Stolen merchandise that you can sell too!) OnRez seems to care about what is being listed, and that makes me happy. :D

This whole re-branding changeover will probably take awhile. First the sale, then rebuilding (reparcelling) my store, and of course making several outfits to suprise you guys when we re-open. I hope you're as excited as I am!!

New-Poppins Dress

Ok, I admit it, I based this partially off the outfit that Mary Poppins arrives in in the movie. This is a pretty staple victorian dress, with the plain, buttoned victorian shirt, long dark a-line dress with bustle, and sashes in multiple colors. And, I have learned to bake textures, so the shading is even more better! (Yes, I know its poor english, shhh)

New for Panthers-Wrapped

A new outfit for panthers, which will probably look good on some more rustic slaves as well. Soft leather in black, brown, or light is tied together to form a band top, panties, and a sculpted sarong skirt. Warning:The tops of your nipples and the bottom curve of one cheek will show in this outfit. Not that anyone has ever complained before... :D

Introducing-Fantasia Underground

So, after shopping for stuff to wear DJing, and going, "You know, I can do this better", I finally did! Introducing Fantasia:Underground. Fun, punky, gothy, clubby, rocky girls clothing. Lots of plaid, camo, metal, and fishnet in the future for me! I'm thinking my skins may also go into this new line, as many will have makeup in bright, fun colors, maybe even made specifically to match the clothing. Due to the fact I'll have to redo my whole store to reorganize my current clothing, and make room for the new line, I won't have vendors for this at my main location for a bit (at least until after the tournament, so I can move the arena). But look for vendors at places like Primal Chaos, Pulse, and Punk'd, because thats were I'll be aiming. And now, for the previews! Each of these comes in multiple colors.

Relay For Life Kickoff!

So, today is the kickoff for fundraising for the SL Relay for Life. Which means that I can officially unveil my new project....SKINS! Yes, these are based on Eloh Elliot skins, but I reworked some of the shading and the makeup. I'll be making other sets in the future, but to kickoff (fitting for today, no?), I'm releasing the Relay for Life skins. These skins have soft pink lipstick, bright pink blush, and tri-color eyeshadow in the RFL colors:purple, pink and blue. I really like the way these came out, and every penny will be donated to the Relay for Life. So come by and support this great cause! UNTIL THERE'S A CURE, WE RELAY!!!

New for Men (per forum requests)-Caste Tunics

So, this is my first crack at the "book Gor" version of men's tunics. I made them in the most popular caste colors to start, but on this one I'll accept custom color and insignia requests. I'm pretty open to suggestions on this design guys, so quit-cher-bitchin about there being none, and help me out! *laughs* Outfit includes the tunic on jacket layer with the skirt worn together, black suede pants with matching stripes down the side, and a light woven undershirt.
